Why the archive is quota-limited
Our Postgres runs on a free tier capped at 100 compute-hours per month. That budget is used up for the current billing period, so the provider has suspended the compute until the period resets. The trend board is unaffected: it is rebuilt every 4 hours straight from the Google Trends RSS feed and served from an object-store snapshot. Existing business plans are not lost — they return automatically when the quota resets. The system probes the database periodically and lifts this notice on its own.
