By using Trend Now you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Trend Now visualizes US Google Trends data and uses AI to generate business opportunity analyses and business plans. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the timeliness, completeness or correctness of any data or generated content.

2. Not professional advice

Viability scores, opportunity analyses and business plans are AI-assisted, structured opinions for research purposes only. They are not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for validating any output before acting on it.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to abuse, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or use it to infringe others' rights or violate public order and good morals.

5. Subscriptions & billing

During the open beta all features are free for registered users and no payments are collected. When paid plans launch they will be billed via Stripe on a recurring basis, cancellable anytime with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with notice.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, its design and software are owned by Trend Now. Generated business plans are provided for your use subject to your plan; underlying trend data remains subject to Google's terms.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trend Now is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may modify these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
